I have been working at Mount Royal University full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Mount Royal is a great place to work. Some of the staff members are really friendly. You can also take some classes if you want to improve you interests and knowledge.

    Cons

Some of the con's are little chance for advancement. Some of the dapartment managers are very poor. Some are too comfortable in their positions are should be let go!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My suggestion is to consider each department and promote some from below and remove some people in higher positions.
