Pros – Good opportunities for promotion, dynamic work, meet a lot of people from all around the world.

Cons – HR department should be more efficient.

Advice to Senior Management – To be more open for employees suggestions and meet their needs, inquiries and remarks.

I have been working at MoveOne full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Paycheck on time, Paid vacation, Chance to call professionals all over the world (but not meet them in person). Good experience.

Cons – Very bad HR Team (not treating all employees equally when it comes to company policies). No opportunity to travel and meet agents on organized conferences. Very low salary (they promise a raise on the first interview, but you should not expect any changes).

Advice to Senior Management – Try to keep your promises and give employees a proper training, because some of them need it. Sending the same people over and over to conferences and meetings will not bring profit to the company

Pros – Excellent opportunity to learn the logistics business with the finest examples out there.
Dealing with major logistics players in the world and being one of them

Cons – Extremely low salary for the local staff. Very rare chance for career progress.

Advice to Senior Management – Try to rethink why skillful people have left the company in the past years.
