    Pros

"Family size" company promoting entrepreneurship and customer first.
Fast in decisions and flat organisation makes it easy to communicate on all levels and to the top.

Slow and limited development. Single brand and not covering 5 continents. Sailing along, avoiding the currents and not rocking the boat. Floating in status quo waters.

    I worked at Movenpick

    Pros

You can be creative in the company. Basically, the people in this company are open for changes, new ideas and opinions.

    Cons

The people i was working with are big smokers which makes it bad. Basically, it still depends on where you locate (i was in Middle EAST)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I guess this will come to the organization. The company should be more involved in interchange the management skills among its hotels.
