    I have been working at MphasiS full-time for more than 5 years

    Good work environment and good culture

    Leave is very less, some have to do time work too much.

    I have been working at MphasiS

    Pros

    Good work life balance - depends on the kind of project you are assigned to.

    Cons

    Compensation is not fair. There is a wide range of salary for the same position and is not standard. One can earn 130 K and another person at the same level may be just withdrawing 65 K.
    Your appraisal is done by manager at chennai or bangalore who doesnt even know what you have done for the whole year.

    How many good recommendations, feedback you get through out the year, at the end it depends on what relationship you have with your managers. And how do you build the relationship with manager who is your manager to approve logistics thing but doesnt have anything to do with work.

    they will put you on assignment with senior role in an engagement but will not compensate accordingly.

    general increase in the pay is 1.9% a year.

    no certification reimbursement.
