There is not a lot of intervention on a daily basis that prohibits or inhibits doing work in the company you were placed.
On site manager is helpful when needed and delivers what he has given his word to deliver.
Cons
it's an offshore company so the language and cultural barriers need to be navigated. When asking for assistance frustration levels seem high. Administrative processes are duplicated. Communication is not consistent leading up to the point of needing to execute. Seems like they are a new company just getting their processes and procedures straight.

Streamline communication and processes. Have an on-shore representative that understands the local culture available.

If you are fresher then you can prefer to join in Mphasis.
You will have a bond with company when you join as a fresher but don’t expect any growth in your carrier.
Cons
One of the Biggest waste companies in the world. They don’t have any ethics or any values.
They simply talks about rules and values when you say something but no one follows from top to bottom in the organization.
Now the company is facing issues with funds, so they are downsizing the employee’s strength.
Currently company is having around 36,000 employees; they want to make it this number to 23 – 25000 (They are reducing employee’s size).
People who are working in the company and who are having less than 5 years relation with company are target for releasing from the company. By using HR tricks (cunning), per day they are releasing 40-50 employee’s from Bangalore offices.
My suggestion to the people who wants to join in Mphasis is, Better think of 3-4 times before joining in.

Don’t play with employee’s carrier; all are not from same background. Some people may know about judicial system. They may approach to High court.

None. There is no one good reason to work for the company.

11. Unethical company - changes policy on the sly and does not inform the employees about it. Take the recent example when company changed the paid period for bench employees from 3 months to 1 month but did not inform the employees. No projects are coming. Top management is full of incompetent people.
2. It says that it is a Open, Honesh, Transparent and Ethical company. Total Lies.
3. PF stataement has lot of discrepancies, no one attends to the complaints
4. Does not inform the new recruits, both freshers and experienced persons, about the Bench policy.
5. Does not honour the Notice Period of 3 months. Asks employees to leave immediately
