    Salary for VP level is very high vs competition
    Can operate autonomously most of the time
    Limited executive oversight

    Limited executive oversight, no clue what my manager/his manager actually do
    Extremely poor &ineffective leadership

    Retire. Let younger, US citizens run the North American region. Hire more aggressive & hands on mid level and executive level managers in sales. Do not operate in an Indian silo out of Bangalore.
