Pros

Awesome environment- great managers and co workers. The company culture is very positive- it is a great place for students to work part time.

Cons

The pay is low (as to be expected with retail). No benefits of sick days, even for full time employees, which is not cool at all. Definitely better to be there as a part timer.

Advice to Senior Management

Great company culture- the owner could be more polite to staff though.

Pros

Worked for Mrs. Tiggy Winkles and I have the following to say
A good starting job, nothing that you want to base your life one
A good job if you like dealing with kids
Low pressure, except during Christmas time
Stores are located in nice neighborhoods with lots of other good stores around

Cons

Pay is not great but then again it is retail
Stock is not well managed and products are sometimes missing
You have to sell toys that are often overpriced (although it doesn't seem to bother parents)

Advice to Senior Management

Run a tighter ship through distribution
