Former Employee – worked at Mu Sigma full-time for less than a year
Pros – Colleagues are all young, smart and energetic fresh college pass-outs
Good place to hang out and make friends
Cons – Mostly reporting and useless data pull work,no statistics or analytics involved
Very low pay by industry standards
No facilities for employees
Complete disregard for employees' needs, goals and ambitions
Very incompetent and inexperienced managers and senior managers who dont know much technically and try to somehow get the work done
Completely opposite to what it projects in the outside world ,mu sigma is not even a data analytics company but it is majorly a cheaply available reporting company that can bend to any limits for the client forcing the employees to slog on some useless reporting work
There is very little or no statistics, analytics or any form of interesting work
Advice to Senior Management – Improve the quality of work
Increase salaries

Current Employee – been working at Mu Sigma full-time for more than a year
Pros – 1. Smart people though the standard is going down everyday
2. Great environment to learn and grow.Helpful & ambitious colleagues
3. Awesome clients..Occasional quality work
4. Flat hierarchy
Cons – 1. 1st year salary...Specially if u belong to IIT/NIT
2. Too hectic...It can be really frustrating
3. The leadership team has this unwritten policy to make the freshers slog the most and to top that they don't have any respect for the freshers what-so-ever.Whenever u talk about compensation all u will get to hear is "Learning, knowledge" and other lofty dialogues
Advice to Senior Management – Start paying the juniors more..The frustration at the lowest level is reaching it's peak..They had huge contribution towards making Mu Sigma the brand it is today
