I have been working at Mu Sigma full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good exposure, huge learning opportunity, i would say working in Mu Sigma for 2 years is as good as working in any other service company for 4 years. So, if you are here to learn and progress in your career, this is the company!

    Cons

Less work - life balance, moderate pay! I would say,you can always earn better down the lane if you can be a part of Mu sigma and enrich your learning and career!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Visibility to company's goal and upper management is very high here. Mu Sigma is a very transparent company and is growing exponentially.Feeling good being part of this venture and dreams of few.

I have been working at Mu Sigma full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Since the company does not believe in experts, you will end up working and learning which help you develop very well at least in few areas

    Cons

    - No growth at onsite
    - You will be rewarded for creating a perception but not for actual hard work and knowledge
    - Picture painted during recruitment is not the actual reality, this is the same with respect to working hours also
    - Ok salary but not the best especially at onsite

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Show respect to employees who stuck to the company for at least 3 to 4 years
    - Stop preaching about integrity if you do not practice with your clients
