Hasn't taken long to see the real Mubea

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsFlex hours. Made some really good friends. Not all management is bad to work for. Plenty of places close by to go for lunch. Germany has helped a great deal with questions.

ConsManagement is clueless. Major lack of direction. No clear communication. Just when you thought you knew what was being asked to preform either half way through or done you are told that is not what was expected. Leadership has no clue what actually goes on. SAP system is not fully utilized. Any recommended changes comes with a fight to get them implemented. Management doesn't take their training seriously. Not growth 0pportunity.

    Poor leadership

    Senior Project Engineer (Former Employee)
    Auburn Hills, MI

    ProsGood product with innovative/proprietary technology

ConsPoor leadership - no communication, very little support
No formal training or growth/development opportunities
Rampant incompetence in all levels of staff
Awful HR department - can't hire a good person to save their life
    Don't compensate good people
Working for a German company in the US means very limited career advancement

Advice to Senior Management401k options are terrible
Need to fire about 1/2 the staff

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

OK if you are a workaholic, but mostly lousy

    Production Planner (Former Employee)
    Florence, KY

ProsProduction workers can earn a decent living-- Skilled machine operators will earn upwards of $15 an hour for straight time, with the opportunities for holiday and Sunday pay. Some union benefits. Front line managers are fairly competent and decent. Family company, decent culture where you feel somewhat looked after.

ConsConstant mandatory overtime for production workers-- expect to be held over 4 hours on an 8-hour shift often, and most weeks will include Saturday production with voluntary Sunday work. Facility management temperamental and prone to managerial excess. Salaried supervisors and production management personnel forced to work large amounts of unpaid overtime.

Advice to Senior ManagementAdd manufacturing capacity and don't sell past it. Invest in better ERP systems to optimize the capacity you do have. Help your managers achieve work life balance and pack the bench a little better.

Great people, had alot of ups and down in my time there, management constantly changing direction got really old.

    Production Manager (Former Employee)
    Florence, KY

ProsCompensation was very good, with the freedom to basically do whatever process you wanted, you had that flexibility. If you were young, eager, they wanted you.

ConsThere was always some sort of giant change coming. Just when you got comfortable with how the place was running, or what we were working on, 6-9 months later, there would be some sort of huge process change or equipment move.

Advice to Senior ManagementCEO.....money is great, but not at all costs. Don't believe everything that your senior mangement is telling you because they have no ones respect that works for them.

Globally a good company but is under functional in India

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Pune (India)

ProsBrand Value, Customer Base, Strategically placed, Efficient workers, loyal workers

    ConsWeak Management
    Unclear Decision
Highly corrupted from top to bottom
You need to be corrupt in order to get recognition from management

Advice to Senior ManagementNot ready to act upon so no use to give any feedback , can be a better organization if the structure changes

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
