Pros
Leader in Technology for the computer paced work force. Similar to ADC.
Cons
Since the owner and creator of the company died, there has been many changes, and funds spent on futile attempts to move the company forward. People seem to be floundering in their attempts. It is sad

Be honest and up front about the health of the company
