    People are good, If you are a top performer you will have a lot of opportunities.

    Lack of Processes, No Systematic Approach, Pay is not market competitive

    Advice to Management

    Invest in a centralized application for all the departments to reduce duplication of tasks Scrutinize the Management level staff and prepare a process and stick to it.

    Bonuses, Health Insurance, team work, experience, opportunity to excel, punctuality, good management, better understanding with colleagues, good for a person who want experience in Data Services company

    Less Pay, less perks, less monetary benefits for some one who performs well, review of some high level managers is necessary

    Dedicated mentoring from managers, performance evaluation fortnightly, exposure to new technologies, Working with some Tier-1 leading companies directly, polished my reporting skills, access/visibility to top management

    Cons

    slow career progression, financial incentives are not huge, lack of structured HR training for professional learning, late sitting is a norm, low investment on marketing and communication

    They should have active engagement across the board, increase financial incentives so that employees strive hard for it

    Friendly Environment. Slow Growth due to Internal Politics. High Customer Care.

    Upward Mobility is slow . Everything should be accessible to every employee. Small Number of Employees to cater large customer needs.

    There must be technical trainings to the employees focussed on learning new techniques and trends in Fiber Optics .
