I have been working at Multiplex Group
Pros – Location, good and updated accounting system, study support
Cons – Management, knowledge sharing (lack of it)
Advice to Senior Management – Management needs to know the impact of knowledge sharing especially on strategic sense.

I have been working at Multiplex Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – The parties can be great.
They provide beer fridges, drinks and food on site.
Cons – You will have no life and you are expected to work 60+ hours regardless of wage (note the "hours as required" clause in the contract).
They will not organise training, it's all "handed down" knowledge.
Advice to Senior Management – Organise some training and start to think about hours worked vs salary and remember that earning under the minimum wage can void a contract.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Multiplex Group
Pros – Free Lunch every day, great location next to the Lord Nelson Pub, Central Location, not a bad building , great Xmas Parties
Cons – Most Employees and Management 2nd Rate, very short sighted, very poor agility of thought in the IT department, very hard to work with constructively, watch your back! Lots of Snipers and people who think they are smarter than they acually are.
Advice to Senior Management – Increase Teamwork! There was none when I was thre, No communication, reduce the favouritism of the weazel wordsmiths who seem to talk out of some bizzare simpsons episode.
Hire intelligent people, not just sheep
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
