Pros – Good internship experience for learning about product design and production process. You get to work with a group of talented young designers to produce a wide range of baby products. Also good experience working with engineers overseas on production and manufacturing details.
Cons – Most projects are focused on the market potential of known products sold at large retailers such as Walmart and Target. There is not as much opportunity as one would hope for more blue sky ideas.
Advice to Senior Management – Be brave and push innovative products. Dedicate research into developing exciting products that are game changes and open new categories. Yes, products that are in the "look, munchkin has one too" is good for business but it's time for muchnkin to mature as a company.

Pros – the people - some are great and hard workers
Cons – the people - some are as narrow minded and ego driven as the owner. They couldn't smell quality talent if it bit them. The owner is an arrogant man with only one agenda in mind, to own everything, regardless of who he steps on while moving up.
Advice to Senior Management – when the owner of the company decided to embarrass himself and the company by stating false facts about his daughter and her modeling career and then having the audacity to actually go on TV (comedy court?) and continue the charade and then uses the credibility of his company to continue the lie, well.. speaks volume of this his integrity.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Clean and modern office. Popular Baby products with good employee discounts. Free bottled water and soda machine.
Cons – No processes or procedures in place. Employees seem stressed and over worked. Managers have poor people skills, not a team environment. The systems are out dated and need major updating. People who have been employed there too long are stuck in a rut and aren't look for ways to improve systems, processes, ect.. it's a mess.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire people with experience to improve processes and to make the company run smoothly. Company needs major restructuring. Instead of spending money on remodeling, use the money in updating the computer systems, programs, people ect
