    Pros

The atmosphere at The Mundy Companies is very work-life balance friendly. There is very little drama at the corporate office and most of the employees do a decent job, but few go above and beyond what is expected.

    Cons

The Mundy Companies has been operating in the same manner for many, many years and while they talk about change to keep up with current trends, management has found it very difficult to "turn the boat around."

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to try new initiatives. You have a great safety record, that sets you apart from your competitors, but you fail to capitalize on that fact.

    Pros

Mundane packaging work. Do your job, go home, simple life. I work at goodyear warehouse, we get 2 hours total payed breaks and work 12 hour shifts.

    Cons

Loud noises, uncomfortable PPE, harassing superiors that show favoritism, stressful alternating days and night shifts. Long periods of work with little to no help

    Advice to Management

Get more involved with the bottom of the ladder employees. Don't stay locked up in your offices.
