    Great working environment Open communications with all departments Excellent staff Very good work-life balance Great employee development Good compensation

    Raises rarely commensurate with individual efforts and achievements Some adminstrative processes over managed and made more complex than necessary for the sake of automation

    In large measure, simply continue to do what you are doing. Even minor changes are always possible to simplify tasks. Continue to acquire and develop new technologies to maintain leadership in the industry.

    Pros

    good technical database which can make you learn a lot. Japanese working style is really planned.

    Cons

    busy daily working and troublesome customers which make you boring sometimes.

    check my report more frequently and carefully.

    Great Learning Experience. In the long run, perfect for people that don't want to grow their career and do the same job over and over again and do not look for challenges

    Lack of upward mobility in relevant training and career development No Employee Stock Purchase Plan, no stock options
