It has its own way of doing things which is quite a disconnect with the rest of the world; and honestly its ways are inferior to the best practices

Cons – Mobility is very difficult. Almost no vertical evolution possible

Pros – Start-up spirit, Smart people, Good benefits. Developers are very well regarded and there are a lot of technology challenges.

Cons – Very slow career progression, some political colleagues.

Pros – good environment with exceptional benefits (may be too much for what we do in our daily work). bonus are multiple of 2,5k and you can get till 6 months (provided you stay late at work, that is after 8pm)

Cons – - to have a promotion or a good hike, you have to stay late
- you don't learn finance but murex stuff
