    Pros

    There are absolutely positively none!

    Cons

    Worst management that has ever existed in the history of mankind! They care nothing for their employees, just warm bodies and numbers. Provide all this 'mandatory training' for staff to be more caring and attentive to the patients, etc...but that is not where the problems are. The clinical staff is amazing, the management, however, is the 'good ol boy' system. As long as you are a local and related to somebody else in the community you are safe, even if you are dumb as a box of rocks. Many management and especially upper management positions are held by extremely incompetent people.
