    Pros

Great base pay, good bonus, yearly paid trip to Florida for manager meeting. Flexible hours when fully staffed, good communication between district and division managers.

    Cons

Hard to find cashiers willing to have a max of 25 hours per week. Ones we find usually have another job, forcing us to work around their other job schedule. Labor hours at slower locations force the manager to work on the register a lot longer then managers at busier locations. Makes it harder to do inventory/orders/other management requirements when you are running the register.

    Advice to Management

Allow cashiers to have more the 25 hours. We loose good people due to them not getting enough hours. Better training for all levels. Sitting in front of a computer for hours watching videos does not work in most cases.

    Pros

Great people to work for and with. We have fun doing all our sales contests.

    Cons

Some people get promoted even though they don't know how to do their job. While others that deserve the promotion are stuck.

    Advice to Management

Best manager I've ever had so far.

    Pros

Its a very simple job. The cash register is a touch screen so it makes it easy to use. The hours can be good at some point. The work is easy and not that difficult.

    Cons

When you lose your hours thats when it becomes a problem, and its really not reliable and you will not know when are you going to get your hours back. Theres always some type of drama going on and effects your work and the people around you. You will get rude customers that will try to threaten you over because you are doing your job by ID everybody that looks under 40. Its not worth losing your job over.

    Advice to Management

Its already hard enough to find a job with stability. And I think everybody should NOT have to work under 30 hours. I definitely think its not right to cut employees hours out like that, and it definitely wont make since to work hard for nothing.

    Pros

Tuition assistance and that is all I can think of.

    Cons

Sell, sell, sell...with no compensation. Only management profits from your hard work, and most do not even give a thank you, only what more you can do to put more money in their pockets.

    Advice to Management

Compensate a little of the reward you get every month to the cashiers that are running the place and bringing in the money.

    Pros

Willing to work with school schedule that I have, offers good pay for part time and includes some benefits that are not that typical for part-time jobs.

    Cons

It can be difficult to work with the public and more of a scary place to work at night.

    Advice to Management

Find good managers and the store is great for employees and customers
