Pros – Work from home office, independence, vendor support

Cons – Limited support, unethical business practice, likeuoting a price than raising it without informing customers, trying to be more than they are. Heavy loads on cost to sales reps, low commissions and endless pointless meetings

Advice to Senior Management – Focus on one or two areas and quit trying to be all things to all customers

Pros – MyOfficeProducts is a company of friendly and professional people. The company truly cares about its employees and its customers. Never have I heard of a company that is willing to give away more of its profits to employees (based on performance) than MyOfficeProducts does. The compensation is much better than it would be for a comparable position at a similar company.

Cons – As a member of the new sales department, obtaining new leads can be rough at times. I often come across people who don't think very highly of what I do. It can be a lot to manage. Also,

Cons – Being a lean organization sometimes slows the process of access to information.
