    Great Company to work for

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Saint Louis, MO

ProsManagement has a clear direction of where they would like the company to go. Great communication within the company. The CEO had a monthly meeting with all employees to discuss any questions. Co workers in the St. Louis office were hard working and a pleasure to work with.

ConsCompensation was on the low side.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue the great communication. Adjust starting salaries to reflect skill set and market value.

    Developer (Current Employee)

ProsExcellent sharp people. Challenging work. Providing training.

ConsGood flex time, health care plan is hard to figure out.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt is difficult to make all the different teams feel valued. Think outside the box for ways to give employees a pat on the shoulder.

    Run Forest Run

    IdM (Former Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsCo workers are there to give you a hand when needed.

ConsTerrible place to work. Was fired with out warning. No support from upper management.. Most people that work there have a copy of their resume on their laptops just waiting to be sent out for a better opportunity.

Marketing is a joke. They bounce around from project to project per CEO.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet new management

    It was quite okay.

    Java Implementation Engineer (Former Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsHelpful when I was sick and needed an off

ConsThough hired as a Software engineer, was doing back office work like junior level of BA which is not worth at all.

Advice to Senior Managementmake sure you hire the people according to their interest and background if needed not just to show that you got an engineer and make them work as a clerk or low level office work. that's not fair or if so then be frank and truthful

    horrible

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsA few smart coworkers. Some training for your job. Fairly flexible about work location.

ConsToo many to list. Management has no ethics or vison. If there was a choice between being out of work or accepting a position here I would advise staying jobless.

    Cold hearted company

    Idm Engineer (Former Employee)

ProsPeople are fun to work with if they like you
    Pay is good

    ConsInformation sharing is spotty
If they don't like you - you are shut out
Cold hearted company - they told me at 3pm that I was fired, and paid me through that day - not even the end of the week, and no warning that my employment was in danger
Don't give you the privileges you need to perform your job
Revolving door, constant influx of new people, and people are always leaving

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your people with some respect
