    Pros

Good people and lots of opportunity to try new things.

    Cons

Senior management is a bit crazy and that trickles down to management and staff. Layoffs are quite common during slow periods.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be so greedy. If you've got something that works, stick with it and don't go chasing after the latest "fad".

    Pros

    Friendly atmosphere. Like a family.

    Cons

It's very challenging to get ahead if you rub mgt the wrong way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should promote from within which will assist in keeping recruiting costs down. The President of the company should let his VPs, Directors, and Managers actually do their job. That's why they are hired in the first place.

    Pros

Great co-workers. Good location. Hours good

    Cons

Stressful, management is brutal if you like having a whip cracked on your back daily- work here!!! You'll love it

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lighten up and let the reps breath. Having someone constantly stand over your shoulder is a horrible way to work. Monitor from afar maybe?

Former Employee - Inside Sales Representative in Toronto, ON (Canada)

    Pros

-decent pay and benefits*, I doubt you will find more pay for such a position anywhere else in Canada
    -extensive training and support
-first 6 months to learn and grow into position, relatively lenient
    -nice people
-9 to 5, so you can leave work at the office when you leave as opposed to having to be logged on all the time

    Cons

-outdated systems and hardware/software; the interview was like going into a 1995 office sterotype
    -not great facilities
-flat payment structure, although they ply you with promises of commissions, it's actually subtracted from your base pay so unless you are the world's most amazing telesales person, expect to make 16 an hour and that's it.
-no vacation or benefits for the first year...

update your work environment to attract better talent!
