Former Employee – worked at NATO C3 Agency
Pros – Work on current Information Systems and Communication matters. Address challenging and demanding support requests. Have a feeling of impact and importance of your production.
Cons – Many reorganizations and tryouts on management styles.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep a steady course, and keep staff informed, reality does it in any case.

Former Employee – worked at NATO C3 Agency as a contractor for more than 7 years
Pros – Very interesting subjects covered, a feeling that you are doing something for the wider community. A great package (all of it tax free)
Cons – A 3 year contract structure that always put you on edge, combined with with management that is solely concerned with their survival. The management seems strangely (!) immune to the 3 year cotnract strictures and never are fired no matter how incompetent.
Advice to Senior Management – Try managing your staff not just your careers.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at NATO C3 Agency
Pros – A forward-thinking technology company in the public sector with an excellent tax-free remuneration package, worldwide health care and generous vacations, combined with a wide variety of interesting defence technology projects that are supporting the real needs of coalition forces in current operations and for the future. Excellent training opportunities.
Cons – Limited promotion prospects - need to apply for a new post. Three year contracts, most of which are typically renewed 2 or 3 times before staff must leave. This is to encourage staff rotation, bringing in new skills from the nations - although around 10% of staff are retained indefinitely.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep communicating! Keep the positive changes coming!
