    Pros

It is a steady job that will probably be around forever. The benefits are solid as is the company. If you are into numbers and enjoy staring at spreadsheets, crunching numbers, debating data or working with people on their personal accounts (one of a person's most intimate secrets) and their present and/or future finanacial life, this could be the job for you.

    Cons

Droll atmosphere, slow to move up the ladder. It is somewhat difficult though to make this sort of thing exciting. Possibly satisfying but not exciting. I have never seen anyone with a spring in their step saying, "Let's examine this person's account."

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people who are actually your frontline, the perceived face of NBC by the public, for ideas and marketing input as these are the people who interact with NBC customers everyday and have valuable information.
