    Pros

    best place to work, good people around you and the ambiance is very fun.

    Cons

    it is good to work there due to the ambiance but a raise would be more satisfied for the employees

    Vacation Time, Early time off on Fridays during the summer, and friendly employees. Coworkers are very helpful as well

    Because there are so many employees and there are so many things that need to get done, it can be hard to find exactly what you're looking to do

    Tons of opportunities for interns to network and meet new people within the company.
    It's a paid internship!
    Workshops available for interns ranging from editing resumes to informational interviews.

    Cons

    If you don't intern at 30 Rock, the travel to the city might be a problem, since most of the workshops are held there.

    Pros

    Excellent benefits including deep discounts on cable service, health, dental and tuition reimbursement to name a few.

    Cons

    As with most large companies, there's lots of bureaucracy making it difficult to effect change.

    Focus on the future! Embrace new technologies and ways of operating!
