Cons
Small deal flow, entrepreneurial initiative held back by bureaucracy and conservativeness of old-school banking mentality, too many employees, unclear long-term strategy
Advice to Senior Management
Make reviews, compensation, and promotion more fair and transparent. Clearly communicate the long-term strategy and outlook throughout the ranks of the company.
