Cons

The is not a path to success given for this company. Unless one is in sales or already has a upper level position then each job really is a "dead-end". Raises of consequence are not given unless one is political with the right people

Employees are not encouraged to better themselves--instead just getting through the day is the norm at this local.

Overtime is expected but not compensated for---and each person's job position is describe (or not described) in such a way to allow for everyone to be considered salaried.

There is very little teamwork displayed here--everyman for himself

The "lower level" employee doesn't have a path in improve or grow in their position
