Pros

NBC is a very big bank, and most of the projects are one of the biggest in the region. So the bank offers very good professional growth. Usually getting important roles in big projects are easy.

Cons

Banks IT operations is a bit over crowded, there are some employees that doesn't do any work at all. And most of the time the projects doesn't meet the time requirements just becasue of this.
And it's not directly about the bank but working in Saudi Arabia is not easy as an expat.

Advice to Senior Management

IT Mangement should have better control on employees. The work rate is low, and IT is over crowded. Management should do better performance reviews, and behave accordingly.
