    Pros

    Company benefits are good. The new office is nice. Lunch time are flexible. Snacks and drinks are provided for free.

    Cons

    Office Culture like a Nerd Sorority and if you don't fit in they will fire you. The Atlanta office is run by the original sales reps from the previous company, Escrow Associates. They want everything to be the same and hates new UK NCC Group, and San Fran Office. I feel that the attitudes of the higher ups in Atlanta are bitter, conniving, former employees from Escrow Associates that have been there forever and hate change. If these veterans don't like you, you might as well leave. Old and horrible tools such as archaic CRM system and no cloud based solutions. Cant even access email out of the office or on phone which is detrimental when trying to talk to clients from all around the world.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    NCC Group needs to get rid of the management from Atlanta Escrow Associates and bring in fresh people or people from San Fran or the UK. These former Escrow Associate veterans are toxic for the global brand and hate that "their" company was bought out.

    Pros

    Good work environment. Access to top level clients with established brands in the market. Knowledgeable local leadership.

    Cons

    Escrow Solution challenging to frame in the US by entry-level sales people. The UK Escrow approach is difficult to replicate in the US.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Integrate the Sales Team to allow for a comprehensive NCC Group solution offering to potential clients in the US rather than a segmented approach predicated on silo mentality.

    Benefit package is very good

    Cons

    senior management is poor, they run it like a sweat shop, plus one of the senior managers eats a lot, and takes all of the food out of the fridge for himself and leaves us the crumbs.

    Practice what you preach, if we cant work from home, you shouldnt be allowed to either.

    Pros

    Very good service that the company provides (all divisions of the company). Office is very collaborative and supportive. Management is headed in right direction of innovating the services, improving marketing efforts and bringing in new people to help grow the business. Great opportunity for sales people to get software / SaaS experience and in working with Fortune 500 companies.

    Cons

    Sometimes the open layout of the office is noisy/distracting and it can be hard to stay focused at times. The marketing and sales leads have not been great - but it's improving. The pay is just average, it could be better. I suspect with new services coming down the pipeline this may change.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep implementing new ideas to grow the business and please find a way to help retain good sales people from leaving, high turnover is not good. And, I would recommend they hire a full time receptionist/office manager to help with calls, answering the door and with general office duties that no one person owns right now.

    Pros

    The people are wonderful, we are a work hard play hard organization. The job like most sales opportunites, are what you make of it. If you come to work to work the sky is the limit. This is not an instant gratification type of sale because of the nature of the industry, but putting the work in makes the wait worthwhile!

    Cons

    There have been a lot of adjustments in the past year, but they have been for the best. It seems like things are on track.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep moving in the same positive direction. The payoff from hard work, the promotions and strong team atmosphere are great motivators.

    Most client contact is over the phone and internet, but clients are all around the world. Can be fun but challenging.

    Training is improving, and the management team makes things fun. Marketing investment could be stronger.

    Some of the people but the best people are leaving.

    Directors only seem to care about themselves. Zero training, no leads. On your own.
    Work on caring about the work environment and values
