Great potential, but limited opportunities and cronyism were rampant while I was there.

ProsThose who do perform are very good and take up the slack for those who don't perform. The performers are great teammates.

ConsToo many non performers were protected by their "patrons" which made work difficult for team members who actually DO perform. It can sap morale from the team who have to step in where others fail repeatedly.

Advice to Senior ManagementHold managers accountable for the non performers in their groups.

    AP Accountant

Ap Accountant (Former Employee) Reston, VA

ProsDecent hours, good benefits, convenient location and restaurants nearby. A few helpful co-workers. Tuition reimbursement for those planning on returning to school.

ConsUpper management is fully unaware of how the department managers mistreat the employees. A cover your a** type of environment, everyone is out for themselves. A lot of incompetent middle aged workers, takes a long time to get simple tasks completed. Poor compensation compared to other companies in IT Contracting.

    Advice to Senior ManagementRetire.
