    Came in as a Shipping agent for UPS, extremely easy money

    Cons

    Office culture is exactly like high school. Policies change eveyday. Very High turnover rate

    40 hour work weeks long as you meet basic requirements
    The pay is a little above min. wage
    Gives you good customer service experience

    Good benefits, full time job, discounts on at&t cell phone, sprint, and Verizon

    Cons

    No raises pay 9.08 no negotiations don't matter if you have experience or not you're going to make 9.08/hr at north charleston, sc location

    Great and fun people. Hire anyone who has common sense. Decent Base Pay
    Good incentives when they give them

    Lay you off. All jobs seem temporary
    Not organized
    Department and Leads dont know whats going on

    Learn more about what company and how its run before you take the position and dont know what your doing

    Pros

    Great people, decent benefits, flexibility, pleasant atmosphere. Expect constant change, if you can handle that, then its a good environment for you.

    Cons

    Upper management was very Click-ish.

    Pros

    Some nice people to work with and flexable hours for employees who have gained seniority.

    Cons

    Low wages are the norm and raises have not been given for over five years. The employee turn around rate is stagering. The pace that is set is very hard to maintain and their standards and expectations are quite high for the amount of pay they offer.

    Show appreciation to the employees even if its just verbally.

    Pay is bad. Have to work there awhile before you can change your schedule. Little to no room for advancement
