    Become part of the re-invention of a global 100+ year old company building more innovative customer focused technology.
    Global presence with great people!
    Ability to work in a variety of roles.
    Ever changing company with organic and acquisition growth. Growing companies create positive energy and motivation!
    I have personally had great experiences working with Executive Leaders at the upper levels and am happy with my current boss.
    Strong culture and active engagement in continue to grow and develop this within all of NCR globally.
    Flexible work environment - ability to work from home, when needed (in most areas)
    Help make everyday easier for your customers!
    Continued challenges and learnings for your professional growth.
    Increasing focus / relationship with key Georgia Universities as we work our move to Mid-town in the upcoming years.
    Abilty to purchase company stock at a discount.

    Cons

    May need patience to find the right next role within career path. (Not a personal issue, but true for some).
    Bonus could be stronger with a focus on company, team and individual contributions - (currently company goals must be met to fund).
