I found NCRI to be a company with communication, trust and respect issues.

I have been working at NCRI

ProsThey pay for your monthly health insurance premium. Sadly, that's about the only "pro" to working here. Honestly can't think of anything else.

ConsToo many cons to list them all here. Horrible lack of communication, respect, praise (or feedback in general) from management. This could help explain the incredibly high turnover rate, but it doesn't seem like they're figuring it out.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement should spend more time and effort communicating with and listening to all of their employees, no matter which location they work at. Employees in the main headquarters should not be treated differently than employees at other offices/locations.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
