    Pros

    Nice and friendly colleagues who are always out there to help. Nice work life balance and most of the time, you get to knock off on time.

    Cons

    Could not see the career progression and vision of the team. And the working environment is not very conducive. Don't have a good leader and I don't feel very involved in projects.

    Advice to Management

    I understand that the management has their ways and reasons of making certain decisions. There is no one decision that will fit to all employees here. So I will accept it.

    Pros

    1. Friendly colleagues
    2. You will probably never get fired unless you somehow screw it up so badly
    3. Good learning ground at a slow pace
    4. Good work life balance

    Cons

    1. Colleagues can be very unmotivated and incompetent
    2. Middle management tend to be chaotic and plan poorly
    3. Hiring process can be improved
    4. Colleagues tend to be late for meeting / work
    5. Long turnaround time for emails / tasks done

    Advice to Management

    1. Improve the hiring process - hire folks you want to keep long-term and not while desperate to fill a role that has been empty for months
    2. Stop the overemphasis on minute things like KPIs and Timelogs that can only keep lazy folks in line. Train managers to identify people who are competent and passionate in all they do rather then strictly following KPIs.

    Nothing much not unless you want a tiring job

    Low pay, no benefits, no work life balance

    Pros

    - not strict with time
    - reimbursable allowances

    Cons

    - misalignment between region and local team
    - region is micromanaging
    - too many governance that causes delays in providing feedback to the client (e.g indicative pricing for a project, services, etc.)
    - competency is only concentrated at the region
    - lack of human resource investment will only hire people if project was awarded
    - lack of proper understanding of the local market
    - unclear deleniation between presales, sales and delivery team
    - hard to win projects because of expensive pricing and lack of value add services
    - spread too thin and requires rigorous multi tasking that results to lack of quality in the work output

    Advice to Management

    each local office should have a thorough review on the local landscape and thoroughly their assess competition

    Pros

    -A lots of learning opportunities
    -New technologies
    -Colleagues are friendly

    Cons

    - No work life balance
    - Long working hour
    - Over promised to the client which lead to over work for staff

    Advice to Management

    Need to have a better system to track staffs time off. As for now we do not have system to track, and most of the time we don't get same hours of time off that we accumulated from out OT.

    - Tight/multiple deadlines

    - Uptight working culture

    Advice to Management

    Its not about KPIs/growth and profits. Clocking of work hours has lost its meaning in view of project management constrains in sizing vs costs. Most workers work beyond the stipulated hours but unable to "clock" the extra hours put in. Not a true reflection of hours spend in the project.

    a lot of projects as it has a good "relationship" with government
