    Pros

Stable job. People who are idling around but still got pay and receives stable bonus.

    Cons

Slow career growth and poor management

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to project management and work delegation. Project managers are not efficient at managing project requirements and timeline. Implementation phase always gets cut short in the end, resulting in developers working overtime and there are lots of bugs in the end product.

    Pros

Only if you are lucky to be in a team with like-minded and responsible team person, you will find it bearable to work at . Do not expect good employee perks, whether you are a good employee or a bad employee. Everyone get almost the same perks, barring the senior management

    Cons

If you are unlucky to be a team where everyone from the manager to the team members put self above the interest of their job responsibility, best of luck to you and your career.

    Advice to Management

    Just shut down the company.

I have been working at NCS full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Lots of work - which means lots of opportunity to pick up skills. - project teams tend to be tight knit - you make good friends with colleagues that worked together to achieve a common goal.

    Cons

    - Long hours with no clear compensation for it, either in time-off or it's equivalent - If you don't stay in a project long enough for your boss to appreciate your efforts, you can kiss your promotions good bye. - Management used to be good, now replaced by questionable individuals. - If you're not in an implementation project, be prepared for God awful increments even though your performance grading is above average.

    Advice to Management

Your staff are not resources, they are living, breathing people; Treat them with respect.
