“Bad & Sad comp”
I have been working at NDS InfoServ
Pros – Pay Check is good. Not much of work.
Cons – Very small comp to work, There is no point having a lead role as u won't have relevant responsibilities.
No rules, policies or practices. Management plays the card
Advice to Senior Management – Follow best practices of big companies.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
