I worked at NDTV full-time for more than a year

    Pros

By getting thrown into work, and being responsible you get to learn, learnt o deal with difficult people, make interesting friends

    Cons

Too many supervisors with different demands, no time to eat, drink or pee,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

treat everyone equal and don't be flattered by your employees praises. Assessments and fitting the right people into the right profile has to be taught about. Please understand which area requires more employees and don't make one area more superior to another. Every employee's contribution is as important as the next one
