Get to travel overseas sometimes.
Cons
Horrible pay.
No recognition or pay reviews.
No opportunity.
Way too top heavy. (4 managers to manage a group of 8 engineers?!)
Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of all managers. Promote new and up and coming staff and get some younger blood in the company.
