    NEC Research Associate in Roseville, CA:   (Past Employee - 2007)

    Pros

    Work/life balance. Good people in more than a few areas. Positioned for growth in the future.

    Cons

    Bad experience with a manager. Other than that, it's a great place to be.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Bring your teams along while you plan growth. Hard to keep up with lots of changes all the time.
