    Pros

You can have a good exposure to multitude of projects within Pakistan. Working environment in Head office is much much better than many other companies.

    Cons

Regional offices in other countries (esp in KSA ) are very lethargic and mostly do business based on lies and deceit. They try to save every pennies at the cost of millions. Extremely poor management. Definitely not worth the working in overseas division.

    Advice to Management

Look into the overseas operations more diligently. Do not make it a one man show where the 'King' of that region has to control entire region. Develop HR policies.

Very good professional working environment. Quite conducive for female professionals. Sallary package and benefits are attractive for beginners. Job security is very much there in it as the company business is good.

    Cons

Some times the seniors are not very supportive which may cause an uncomfortable environment. After having experince of some years, when you see market and batch fellows, you will find your sallary not enough for your skills, experince and worth, which may bring desperation in you.
