Details
Pros
My Boss and the money. The work that we do for the government and the people I work with. It is also a very safe place to work.
Cons
The middle management in the plant mostly in the fuel section. The lack of promotion by what you done for the company. A lot of sucking up to get ahead.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your people without shutting them out.
