Former Employee – worked at NHN full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – You can find good support, benetfit&compensation from HR. Since it is the best Internet and game portal in the country, you would find a lot of talented people to learn many things. Also, working in a large-scale IT environment will give you exceptional experience if you are an engineer.
Cons – The efficiency of human resource management is question.
Advice to Senior Management – Is there enough education and opportunity for new comers and new graduates? Maybe it is not an obligation of the company but of employees themselves, but they would think other way if they can't find things they heard.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at NHN
Pros – It is a good place to work in overall, and provides competitive benefit perks comparing to other companies in South Korea.
Cons – Salary is not that high (though engineer can not get much money in South Korea), and evaluation process has problems.
Advice to Senior Management – give more money to employees, do not cut benefit perks which are already existing, revise all the evaluation process in overall.
