I worked at NHN full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You can find good support, benetfit&compensation from HR. Since it is the best Internet and game portal in the country, you would find a lot of talented people to learn many things. Also, working in a large-scale IT environment will give you exceptional experience if you are an engineer.

    Cons

The efficiency of human resource management is question.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Is there enough education and opportunity for new comers and new graduates? Maybe it is not an obligation of the company but of employees themselves, but they would think other way if they can't find things they heard.
