    I worked at NHS CFH

    Pros

    High profile stakeholder engagement and national programme experience.

    Cons

    Lousy, aggressive line managers go undetected because Senior management and HR in Leeds have poor oversight of local programme practices. Bullying behaviour starts with the CIO!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get your HR to do their job and select and train managers to behave in line with the law!
