    Pros

Compensation and benefits are 5 star. Interesting people.

    Cons

NO work - life balance. You are always engaged. Products are complex. Training in classroom and by CBT is available but time away to receive it is discouraged. Subject Matter Experts are in high demand. Choose wisely what module you will excel.
Hebrew is spoken. English speaking employees miss out on office chatter.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire a couple more to fill in for your valued employees to receive training!

    Pros

interesting and challenging work environment. people are great. compensation and work-life balance is...eh.
excellent portfolio, dominating the market. sense of home, comradery and partnership.

    Cons

where to begin?...bottom line, middle management (members club) is poor, to a point it distorts the real picture to upper management. good, working people are leaving, only to be replaced by more bad managers with no knowledge of the industry, thinking organizational changes will make everything better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

wake up and smell the roses. people want to invest themselves, you just need to let them - listen to what your emplyees have to say, it might be worth something. people have high hopes for the new CEO, to start putting order in things.

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

As a global company, there is opportunity to learn a lot about international business. It is a solid company with interesting product offerings. There is also great peer support.

    Cons

Lack of internal processes and controls. The environment as a whole is extremely reactive, with almost no proactive measures. Head count is a constant struggle, and positions are not being filled as people leave. Departments are very siloed, with a lot of finger pointing and inability to work cohesively. "Stressful environment" is an understatement, and employees are pushed beyond capacity. Leadership is very centralized, with no real empowerment to make decisions without CEO/CFO approvals. Work-life balance is mentioned, but the reality is that if you don't work evenings and weekends, it's next to impossible to keep up with demands during the work day. Mention of stress to management is viewed as being negative. There is pressure to abide by a vague global policy on day to day activities, yet exceptions to policy are the norm as people constantly escalate issues to get what they want. It's an overall exhausting environment, and peer support is what keeps most people there. Bonuses are paltry, and merit raises are less than 3%.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Decentralize the organization. Get updated systems in place and establish well-defined processes and procedures.
