    Pros

    solid business, good customers, brand well recognized. solid service organisation.

    Cons

    micro management. adjusting bonus retroactively in cases where high commission should have been paid.

    Pros

    Work from home, cheerful people, strong intelligent leaders, #1 in the industry, great technology, travel twice a year, decent bonus once a year.

    Cons

    No promotions despite above average performance. No way to move up no matter how hard you work and HR management doesn't care. Management does not have the right "people skills" to make their people happy. They only care about the bottom line, $$. Some years they did not give out raises, despite being a top performer in the group. Many long hours...late nights and weekends with no recognition or appreciation. Only sales people who work for commissions get rewarded or recognized for achievements.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more attention to your people. Recognize those who don't work for commission. Only good thing about the company for me is working from home and I get more work done in my home office than in the company's office. Promote people, unless they're poor workers or bad employees.

    Pros

    Broad set of products and company continues to grow. Some great people in the field and in mid-management.

    Cons

    NICE has a reputation for not having great support and it is true. Service execution is terrible with major back logs and continuing product issues across the board. This has been the case many years but it has gotten even worse and the company has not laid out an acceptable plan to fix it.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in execution and service delivery. If you want to be a premium vendor, you have to offer a premium product and a premium customer experience.

    Pros

    - Talented Co-workers and Staff - Great concept

    Cons

    - Employee concerns are ignored - On-call - Unhappy customers - Poorly designed product (lacking QA process) - Lack of company infrastructure - Lack of customer management - Lack of useful training in the support organization - Management at all levels - Significant lack of professionalism amongst management

    Advice to Management

    - Phasing out support in the Americas by support staff actually in the Americas is going to continue to create unhappy customers - Consider providing better training for all levels of support - Consider stabilizing the product

    Pros

    Good Benefits and co-workers. Folks seems to care about their quality of work.

    Cons

    There's definitely a glass ceiling if you're not from Israel - doesn't matter male or female they always take care of their own. HR is NOT an advocate no matter how much they tell you otherwise. They "partner" with each senior leader on how best to help the business and does not take into account issue with the employees. This has been seen time and time again.

    Advice to Management

    Change is needed at the mid to senior management level to see change and build up any sort of morale.

    My coworkers were great Benefits package is great

    Cons

    Company only cares about revenue. They are not customer focused which makes it hard to do an effective job in a timely manner.
