    My overall experience was good at NIIT.

    ProsNIIT is a brand name. Salary for a fresher is better. There is a proper process for getting everything done.

    ConsAppraisal policy is worst. Senior management is very biased and un-supportive.

    Advice to Senior ManagementBe more involved with employees skipping levels.

    ProsNIIT provides a great learning environment. Almost all people swear by the learning they received while working for NIIT.
    Open culture enables people to approach all levels of management.
    Fun loving people and environment, parties, outings, bonding with colleagues
    Generally a good flexible working environment. People make adjustments to special needs colleagues.

    ConsTends to be bureaucratic and hierarchical, everything needs approval.
    Not able to convert great ideas into actions. Needs to be more nibble footed in moving ahead with actions.

    Advice to Senior ManagementCould do with more empowerment to people at each level. Figure out a way to get out of bureaucratic culture.
