    Low paying high learning

Systems Developer (Current Employee) Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

ProsNot that much pressure. The overall stress is not that much that a software developer usually suffers from. The work culture is OK with the office premises being one of the best.

ConsLow paying organization, very low salary when compared to the same vertical in other companies. There is no long-sighted vision of this company, taking the number 1 spot for granted in asia, not much time remaining before it is surpassed by a big fish.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave a good vision there has to be a lot of uprooting in order to instill a threat and a hunger to do something good and new.

It has been a great experience working with this organization.

Senior Executive (Current Employee) Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

ProsNIIT is known for it's brand name and it provides opportunities to learn as much as you want occasionally.

ConsPolicies are the best in the company but the management did not let the employees to take the advantages of these policies. For example, appraisal policy is worst and management decides the appraisal on the basis of their wish as to who should get how much hikes on the salary not on the basis of their performance...
