    Pros

    Growth opportunities. It also gave me an opportunity to travel and get an exposure to different cultures. Being a training company, it invests very heavily in its employees' training.

    Cons

    The only con working with NIIT is the compensation part.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I could see company was working hard to bring compensation at par with industry but I am not sure how effective it has been. This was one of the main reasons I decided to look for other opportunities.

    Good for freshers and good environment till the time you are in project.

    Cons

    Management should improve and select appropriate candidates. They are losing project because of management.

    If you are working in product team than your life is easy , no work at all

    Long working hours , people forced to working on weekends as well
