Pros – warm people make u feel comfortable and let u learn as an intern by giving u tasks and responsibilities which an intern should handle ..... they give u a task and throw u in the sea to find your ways out and get methods and ways to do a thing

Cons – no fixed timings for an intern which i think should be there for a under graduate intern.. should give more compensation to intern atleast travel expenses and food for the day...

Advice to Senior Management – they are nice people to work with

Advice to Senior Management – Either provide an environment for an employee in current project to perform for a role change or transfer him to some other project where he can prove his talent of next role change.

2. VC is the troublesome things of the CTC, depends on the project of yours.
3. Does not totally concerns with the quality of time it totally relies of the quantity of time given to company.

Advice to Senior Management – Evaluation process can be refined, these process should not be dependent on the PM or TL reviews.

Pros – Best open culture & supportive environment provides Good career growth. Boss are approachable and helpful. person who performs better gets a very good growth like vertically, monitory and career.
Gratuity is not included in the CTC it is additional. LTA and Medical are clubbed together. Only 5% variable. Nominal Premium for covering even parent in law.

Cons – Not among the good pay masters. No other facilities like sodexo vouchers.
